Buying a first home can stretch a homeowner's budget a little bit thin, so a coupon for free appliances from Lowe's might be just what the doctor ordered!
The California's Association of Realtor's Housing Affordability Fund is launching the C.A.R. HAF Home Essentials Program which will provide qualified first-time California homebuyers a $1,250 Lowe’s Gift Card to purchase appliances for their new residence. To qualify:
The client must be a first-time homebuyer
The buyer must work with a California REALTOR® to complete the transaction
Purchase a primary single-family residence in California with the intent to occupy the property as their primary residence
The conforming loan amount on the single-family residence must be at or below the FHA Conforming Loan Limits
The purchase of the single-family residence must use financing. All-cash purchases do not qualify.
