Every phone call and email is returned. Every. Single. Time.
There are no excuses and there are no delays. My job is to respond to a client as soon as humanly (or superhero-ly) possible. My clients can expect a response from me exactly when they need it! It’s my job to be flexible and responsive. It’s your right to expect it.
Every interaction results in a reasonable and satisfactory outcome.
Sometimes I can’t give my clients the answers they want. Real estate can be tricky and occasionally the reality of a situation needs to be addressed. But if you are my client, be sure that our interactions will be respectful, thoughtful and ultimately address the issues at hand so that we can move forward together.
