What Happens After the Papers Are Signed?
Behind the Scenes of Gold Glove Service with the Gamblin Team
When most people think about selling a home, they picture a "For Sale" sign going up, beautiful photos, and a flood of buyers. But what happens before that? What happens behind the scenes? At the Gamblin Team, we believe that a successful sale begins long before a listing goes live—and that’s where our Gold Glove Service comes in.
Take our latest project at 30 Oakdene Court in Walnut Creek. After the sellers removed any belongings they wanted to keep, Doug and his team stepped in to help with everything else. That’s where the real work—and the heart of our service—truly begins.
Sorting. Organizing. Giving Back
Doug is currently coordinating a one-day estate and garage sale for the client. This isn’t your typical “stick a price tag on it and hope for the best” kind of sale. They’ve sorted, cleaned, priced, and advertised every item to maximize value. All proceeds go directly to the seller—no hidden fees, commissions, or cut taken from the sale.
Even better? Any leftover items are donated to local organizations that truly need assistance during this challenging economy. It’s a win for the seller, the buyer, and the community.
